- 1 c. Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 c. Unsweetened Almond milk ( or skim milk)
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 medium banana broken into 1 inch chunks and frozen
Blend spinach and milk until spinach is emulsified, then add all other ingredients and blend well. Add ice for thicker consistency.
