Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 1 c. Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 c. Unsweetened Almond milk ( or skim milk)
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder 
  • 1TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 medium banana broken into 1 inch chunks and frozen

Blend spinach and milk until spinach is emulsified, then add all other ingredients and blend well. Add ice for thicker consistency.
