Beginning this spring, on Facebook and in e-mail messages I had been posting weekly challenges to encourage friends and clients to adopt healthy lifestyle habits,
But lack of response led me to believe that people were not interested in participating so I neglected to keep up with them.
I have heard from a few people now that they were enjoying having something different they could try to improve upon each week.
That being said, I appreciate the feedback and I apologize those who have been left hanging,
I will begin posting the challenges again but, I do not want to continue to flood you with emails if you have no interest in receiving them. ( I know how full my inbox can get)
So, If you would like to be included in the weekly challenges I post here on the blog please shoot me an e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org )and let me know and I will put you on my list.
The challenges will vary, from stress relief, to dietary, to activity/exercise etc. So don’t be intimidated thinking you may not be able to ‘keep up’. Just let me know if you want to give them a try.

BTW: each week you can chose to participate or not. it is not an all or nothing endeavor, so don’t let that stop you from taking the challenge.
